Hi, I'm Truong Do, the reviewer behind SoundCondo Docs. I'm a Certified Condo Specialist (C.C.S.) based in Calgary.

I started SoundCondo Docs because condo documents are long, technical and easy to misread, and buyers usually have only a few days to understand them. A missed special assessment or an underfunded reserve fund can cost thousands after you move in.

Every report follows the same careful process: current documents first, every finding checked against its source page, and every red flag checked twice. Then I explain it in plain words and walk you through it on a call.

Independent by design

SoundCondo Docs is a separate business. It isn't part of any real estate brokerage, and the fee is the same whether or not the sale goes ahead. My only job is to tell you what the documents say.
