SoundCondo Docs ("we") collects only the information needed to prepare your condo document review, under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and the agent's details
- The property address, unit and condition date
- The condo documents and purchase documents you send us
- Payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see or store your card number)
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your report, request missing documents, answer your questions, and keep business and tax records. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the business, including Stripe (payments), Google (email and file storage) and AI tools that help read documents. They process information only to provide their service.
Keeping it safe
Documents are kept in access-controlled folders, shared only with you and your agent. We keep records only as long as needed for the review and our legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing soundcondo.docs@gmail.com.
