The service
SoundCondo Docs reviews the condominium documents provided to us and explains, in plain language, what they say and what they may mean for a purchase. The review covers only the documents provided and is based on their dates.
What is not included
- Legal advice or a legal opinion
- Review of the estoppel certificate
- A home or building inspection
- An appraisal or opinion of value
- A recommendation to buy or not buy
Payment
Payment is due when you order, before the review starts. Prices are in Canadian dollars plus GST.
Money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your report, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your fee in full. If we cannot complete the review because the documents are not provided, we refund your fee in full.
